FRCS SEPAC Mission Statement

Our mission is to foster collaboration, advocacy, and support for families, educators, and administrators to ensure that every child with special needs receives an inclusive, empowering, and quality education.

Through the FRCS SEPAC, we aim to:
  • Collaborative Vision for Inclusive Events: SEPEAC will establish a dedicated committee to jointly plan and coordinate inclusive events that embody SEPAC's mission of promoting collaboration, advocacy, and support, with a strong focus on creating a more inclusive and empowering educational experience.
  • Accessible Outreach and Celebrations: SEPEAC commits to ensuring that all events, meetings, and workshops are accessible and effectively promoted within the school community, aligning with SEPAC's mission to advocate for and support families and educators. The emphasis will be on celebrating students' achievements and fostering inclusivity.
  • Continuous Enhancement for Quality Education: SEPEAC will create a feedback mechanism to collect and act upon input from event attendees, aiming to continuously improve event quality and impact. These improvements align with SEPAC's commitment to providing an empowering and high-quality education for students with special needs.
  • Engaging the School and Community in Inclusive Initiatives: SEPAC's goal is to actively involve parents, students, and community members to align with SEPAC's core expectations of collaboration, advocacy, and support, ensuring that every child receives an inclusive education. This initiative emphasizes active engagement and cooperation between all stakeholders to create an inclusive educational environment.

FRCS SEPAC is committed to the principle that every child has a unique path to success, and we are dedicated to helping shape that path. Together, we advocate for a brighter, more inclusive future for all students with disabilities.
