Contract Opportunity: 

Foxborough Regional Charter-School is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for student transportation services.  The RFP is being issued to select a vendor to provide transportation for all designated students of the Foxborough Regional Charter School for the period of three (3) years beginning July 1, 2024, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years.

 

Foxborough Regional Charter-School invites proposals for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the RFP package which may be obtained at the Central Office, Office of the Director of Operations, at our building located at 131 Central Street, Foxborough, MA, website: foxboroughrcs.org or requested via email at [email protected].

 

The RFP may be obtained commencing at 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Questions arising from the RFP should be directed to Lesly Michelot, Director of Operations via email at [email protected] before April 29th, 2024. FRCS will provide written answers to questions received to all prospective bidders. A mandatory pre-proposal submission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 1st @12PM (EST) will be held to reiterate the bidder/proposer instructions in the RFP and to answer any questions posed by attendees.

Submission Requirements: 

All submissions shall be filed on the forms furnished in the RFP packet and shall follow the submission instructions and requirements noted in the RFP. Each submission should include two (2) copies of clearly marked signed proposals addressed to:

Submissions must be received no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday May 8th 2024 at the Office of the Director of Operations, 131 Central Street, Foxborough, MA 02035. 

Foxborough Regional Charter School will award the contract to the Contractor offering the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration all evaluation criteria as well as price.

The award of any contract shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees and the School's Director of Operations. Public announcement of selection will be made on Thursday May 9th 2024 @12PM (EST).

The School and the Official reserve the right-to-reject-any or all bids, or any item or items thereof, waive any informalities or irregularities if it shall be deemed in the best interest of the Foxborough Regional Charter School.

Foxborough Regional Charter-School invites sealed bids for the performance of the work we generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the Invitation for Bid package which may be obtained at the Central Office, Office of the Director of Operations, at our building located at 131 Central Street, Foxborough, MA, or requested via email at [email protected] .

Specification packets may be obtained commencing at 12:00 PM (EST) on WEDNESDAY, March 6, 2024.

Prebid Conference to be held, TUESDAY, March 26, 2024, 10:00 AM.

 

All bids shall be filed only on the forms furnished in the bid packet and shall indicate the bid title, company name and address. Two copies of clearly marked signed bids must be received in sealed envelopes clearly Marked “2025 TRANSPORTATION SERVICES” not later than 12:00 PM (EST) on WEDNESDAY, April, 3rd, 2024 at the Office of the Director of Operations, 131 Central Street, Foxborough, MA 02035 at which time these bids will be publicly opened and read.

The bids shall publicly be opened on WEDNESDAY, April, 3, 2024 at Foxborough Regional Charter School, 131 Central Street, Foxborough, MA 02035. The award of any contract shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees and the School's Director of Operations.
