High School Summer Learning

If you are a rising 9th-12th grade student, meaning in September 2026 you will start 9th-12th grade, this section is for you!  **Students taking AP classes should consult their instructor or email Mr Goldberg, [email protected],  for information regarding their mandatory, course-specific assignments.

Students will continue to have access to their online school programs by using their school emails and passwords:

• IXL- Math
• Lexia- Phonics/ word study
• Duolingo - spanish
• Blooket - all subject independent games
• Khan Academy

• New York Times. Steps to access:

•       Go to nytimes.com/passes. 

1. Click “Create Account” using your school-issued email and click “Continue.” If you do not already have an account, you will need to create a password.
2. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address to complete the  account setup. Click the link in the email to validate your email address.
3. You will be prompted to indicate if you are Student or Staff.  Staff access is valid for either one or four years from the date of registration. Student access is valid until December of their graduation year.
4. You will get a notice that “You’ve Claimed your NYTimes Pass!” Click “Get Started” to continue setting up and personalizing your New York Times experience.
