Instructional Vision

At Foxborough Regional Charter School, our Instructional Vision serves as our guiding roadmap for academic excellence, student growth, and dynamic teaching across every grade level. Developed collaboratively by FRCS teacher leaders and administrators, this framework defines our shared commitments across five fundamental pillars of learning: Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment & Feedback, Learning Environment, and Learning Partnerships.

Every belief within this framework is grounded in six core values that define our community:

  • Transparent Communication — Ensuring clarity, open dialogue, and shared understanding with students, staff, and families.

  • Integrity — Holding ourselves accountable to standards, living our values, and doing what is right for students.

  • Respect — Holding high expectations for all learners, honoring unique perspectives, and protecting well-being.

  • Diversity & Equity — Cultivating culturally responsive practices where every student feels seen, valued, and affirmed.

  • Teamwork — Collaborating across classrooms, home, and community to achieve common goals.

  • Growth — Nurturing perseverance, measuring higher-order thinking, and celebrating the continuous progress of every learner.
