Tomorrow, December 9, 2020 on the FRCS campus.

Families with students in Grades 11 and 12 may sign up.
You may pick-up a Chromebook for that student's sibling(s) if they
are in grades 5-10 at this appointment.

Pickup will be held between
8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
in the MS/HS Gym

VERY IMPORTANT:
You MUST complete this COVID-19 Screening form BEFORE
entering the building at FRCS

DEVICES ON LOAN FROM FRCS (iPads or Streams) MUST BE RETURNED AT THIS APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CHROMEBOOK.
