High School Summer Schedule Change Request Form

Student schedules for the 2026–2027 school year have been created based on course requests, graduation requirements, staffing, and scheduling constraints. While we aim to honor student choices, some adjustments may be necessary.

Students should only submit this form if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • Missing a graduation requirement
  • Incorrect course level placement (e.g., honors request not reflected)
  • Placed in an elective they did not select

Schedule changes cannot be requested for teacher preference, lunch period preference, or to be placed with friends.

All requests will be reviewed by the School Counseling Department over the summer. Submission does not guarantee a schedule change, and updates will be shared via email as requests are processed.

Questions may be directed to Adam Goldberg, Lead School Counselor, at [email protected].
