Looking for a meaningful way to support students and inspire the next generation? We invite community members to join us as volunteers for our annual FRCS Career Day on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
During this event, our 10th-grade students explore careers of interest and participate in group interviews led by professionals in those fields. As a volunteer, you’ll:

Share your career journey with a small group of students

Lead a group interview for an imaginary position in your organization

Use a provided set of questions and a simple rubric to guide the discussion

Select one student for a “mock hire” and celebrate with the full group during a brief recognition ceremony
A luncheon with your selected candidate will follow as a way to continue the conversation and honor the experience.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and industries. The more diverse our volunteer workforce, the richer and more personalized the experience becomes for our students.
