Congratulations to the Foxborough Regional Charter School Class of 2025!

On Friday, May 30th, Foxborough Regional Charter School proudly celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2025. Surrounded by family, friends, educators, and mentors, 84 graduates crossed the stage, ready to take on the future with the confidence and purpose that define the FRCS motto: “Enter to Learn, Exit to Lead.”

Throughout their time at FRCS, the Class of 2025 has exemplified leadership, academic achievement, and a deep commitment to service. Many have spent their entire educational journeys at FRCS, growing into thoughtful, capable leaders ready to make a meaningful impact in the world.

“This class is not just ready for the next chapter, these students are prepared to make a difference.” said Bridget Lemieux, High School Principal at FRCS. “You are thoughtful, you are driven and are full of potential.” she told the graduates.

Toby N. Romer, Foxborough Regional Charter School’s Executive Director, spoke about the many lessons the class of 2025 taught him during his first year in his role at FRCS. From leadership, to camaraderie, to their deep sense of school pride, Romer said he will carry these lessons with him into the future.

“You’ve taught me that you always want this place to be special. Academically, socially and in every dimension. You’re counting on the adults in this room to make sure it stays that way. We take that lesson and charge very seriously.” said Romer.

In his remarks to his classmates, Valedictorian Akilan Dayasankar of Foxborough championed the value of advocacy, reminding graduates that meaningful change often begins with a single conversation. Citing examples of student-led initiatives at FRCS, he underscored the lasting impact of speaking up, even when results are uncertain. His message called on graduates to continue leading with courage and conviction in their communities and beyond.

“The fact that we dared to challenge, dare to speak up, and dare to fight for what we believe in, matters,” Dayasankar said.

Salutatorian Maria Mourad of Attleboro reflected on the power of finding meaning in everyday experiences.

In her address to the Class of 2025, Mourad highlighted how seemingly ordinary moments — shared laughter, classroom memories, and school traditions — helped shape a deeply connected and supportive community at FRCS. She encouraged her peers to embrace authenticity and to recognize that real impact is not always measured by accolades, but by how we live with honesty, kindness, and purpose. “Our ordinary will become someone else’s inspiration,” Mourad said.

As the Class of 2025 leaves the halls of FRCS and steps into the next chapter of their lives, they carry with them not only a rigorous academic foundation but a deep sense of purpose, compassion, and resilience. Their journey is just beginning, and the FRCS community looks forward to seeing the incredible impact these graduates will make in the world.
