"Fake & Fatal: a forum on the deadly impact of fentanyl and xylazine in our communities" is a forum for professionals, community members, and parents on the deadly impact that fentanyl and xylazine are having on our communities.
When: Tuesday, March 19th, 4pm-6pm

Cost: FREE! - But registration is required.
This event that is sponsored by Achieve Greatness Inc. in partnership with the Town of Middleboro. Achieve Greatness is a nonprofit here in Mass that suffered the loss of their Son in March 2022 to fentanyl poisoning.
