Learn More About the Teaching Empathy Partner Program (TEPP) at FRCS!

This week, the Teaching Empathy Partner Program (TEPP) had their first event!

TEPP was started by junior Camilla Royal to encourage empathy and community within FRCS. The program has quickly grown throughout the entire district. Throughout the year mentors from the high school have been paired with students from the middle school and elementary school. Each pair is decided based on the mentee's needs. Pairs meet once a week.

Thursday was exciting because the pairs were able to meet in a group setting. Mentees practiced skills such as sharing and relationship building that they learned in their sessions through making friendship bracelets and meeting other students in the program.

TEPP plans to hold more events like this and continue to make a positive impact on the FRCS community!
