My name is Nicole Ouimet and I am the Elementary School Principal here at Foxborough Regional Charter School. I am counting down the days to September 5th/6th and the start of the 2024-2025 school year. I wanted to send out a quick memo to share some important information as you prepare for the upcoming school year.
First Day of School:

I wanted to send out a quick memo to share some important information as you prepare for the upcoming school year.
First Day of School:
- September 5th: First day of school for Kindergarten and 1st Grade
- September 6th: First day of school for Grades 2-4
Hours:
- 7:30am-2:55pm
- Students are marked tardy at 7:45am
- Instruction begins promptly at 8:00am
Parent Drop-Off:
- Parent drop-off is from 7:15am to 7:35am. Students can NOT be let out of vehicles before 7:15am as we do not have supervision.
- You can drop off by using the center parking lanes (drive up and drop off) or can park your car in one of the 2 side parking lots and walk your student to the main entrance of the school.
Parent Pick-Up:
- Parent pick-up is from 2:50pm-3:00pm
- Every student must be picked up by 3:00pm unless signed up for the YMCA after school program. There is NO supervision for students after 3pm.
- Only guardians and emergency contacts listed on your student’s enrollment paperwork are allowed to pick up your child from school.
- If you need to dismiss your child early for an appointment, the cut-off time for that is 2:30pm. No student can be dismissed by a parent after 2:30pm and the parent will have to wait until the students come outside at 2:50pm.
- Parents must park in the lot at the main entrance and walk to their designated area to greet the teacher and pick up your child (more information to come).
Dress Code:
Students are expected to be in dress code. The dress code policy is the following:

- Solid navy blue or white tops including t-shirts (FRCS Logo is not required)
- Solid navy blue or khaki bottoms including sweatpants (No sports or designer logos)
- Shorts may not be more than 2 inches above the knee (navy or khaki)
- Sneakers or closed toe shoes: No open toe or open back footwear for safety reasons
- Reminder: Black tops and bottoms are NOT FRCS dress code and should NOT be worn.
- If you need support with ensuring your child has a uniform for the first day of school, please contact the main office.
Breakfast/Lunch:
Your student will be offered a school breakfast and a school lunch (meal calendars to come out later this month). It is your choice if your child will have these options or bring an option from home. We ask that if they will be eating breakfast from home, that they do so before arriving at school. The cafeteria will only be available for students eating a school breakfast.

The Elementary School is a CELL PHONE FREE CAMPUS for all students.
