Career Experts Needed! Share Your Knowledge and Experience At Our Annual Career Fairs!

Calling all FRCS families! Our Middle and High School School counseling teams are looking for volunteers to share their career stories with our scholars at our Grade 10 and Grade 6 Career Fairs on Wednesday, April 13th.
Grade 10 Career and Interview Fair: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
This year we are looking to recruit 2 dozen facilitators! Each facilitator will present their career to a small group of tenth grade students. After this, each facilitator will conduct a group interview for an imaginary job in the field of the student's choosing. You will be completing evaluations on the students you interview. The evaluations are given back to our students at a later date as feedback. A brief award ceremony & luncheon will follow for presenters and those students who were “hired”.
6th Grade Career Fair 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m.
We are looking for facilitators who will present to students four times in a rotation (about 15 minutes each) about their careers. Feel free to use PowerPoint or other visuals. It would be beneficial if you would incorporate the importance of English and/or Math into your presentation.
Don't have a scholar in Middle or High School? You're still invited to volunteer! This is a great opportunity to get involved and share your valuable knowledge and experience with our incredible scholars. Please considering helping to set them up for success and prepare for the future!
