Application for the 2021-2022 Regional Transportation Program Is Now Available!

Be sure to read all of the important information below! 


A seat on the bus this year will NOT guarantee a seat on the bus next year.  You must re-apply for transportation each school year. ALL bus assignments will be issued on a first come, first served for completed applications only. In-district families will be given preference throughout the seat assignment process.


ALL fees for any FRCS fee based service (ex. Extended Day, Food Services etc.) MUST be paid in-full to be eligible to participate or apply for another fee-based service like Transportation.  Accounts with past due fees for any FRCS fee based services from prior years will NOT be eligible to apply for or register for future services of any fee based program. Please make sure to fill out the application on a desktop or laptop computer!

  2. Click on, and submit the Regional Transportation Application Form - it will appear in the pop-up on the homepage. It will also be found at the top of the Transportation page. You will be asked for your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices from our list of proposed bus stops. You can find the list of proposed stops HERE. (Please note that these locations are subject to change based on demand and may not be included on a final bus route for the fall)
  3. Make the required Deposit and Non-refundable Application Fee payment within 7 business days. The Deposit and Non-Refundable Application fee MUST be in the form of a money order or cashier's check ONLY. (Existing families may also make payments on-line at Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
  4. Complete an Emergency Medication Transport Form (if applicable) available on the website.

*Submitting the online application form does NOT guarantee a seat assignment. An application will not be considered complete and active for seat assignment until the deposit and application fee have been received. In order to lock-in to the time you submitted your application online, please be sure to submit payment within the 7 business day window otherwise your application will be considered the day your payment is received. *Reminder: a non-refundable application fee of $25 is due in addition to the monies outlined below. A Family is defined as "siblings living in the same household and using the same bus route/stop"

Reminder:  The online application is NOT supported by mobile sites and apps. Please make sure to fill out on a desktop or laptop computer! For families who do not have access to a computer, computers will be made available Monday, June 7 from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m, in the High School Gym. (Door E). Please RSVP, if you plan to use a school Computer on campus to submit your transportation application. Please note: For the safety of all, visitors to the building must be wearing a mask.

Foxboro Residents: Please notify the Town of Foxboro that your child will be attending FRCS and require transportation services. You can call the Town’s Transportation Department at 508-543-1600.
