Accessing the FRCS Community Portal

Access to the FRCS Community portal allows teachers to communicate vital academic, attendance and behavior information to families in real time!

Use it to check how often your child has been absent during the school year, pull up the latest assignment or check the grade your child earned on any given assessment. You can also use the portal to reach out to your child's teacher via email.

The login to the portal is located on the homepage of our website. Click on the “Parent Portal” icon. Or, simply click this link.

Parents who are new to FRCS will receive an email that I send the first week of school through SchoolBrains. The email arrives from Reminder: Please check your spam folders and mark this email address as ‘safe’.

Returning parents already have access to the FRCS Community Portal.  If a parent needs assistance logging into the portal, please contact Mary Quinlan, District Data Manager at 508-698-7341 or


Students in grades 5-12 are given their own access (login) to the FRCS Community Portal. In September, they will receive their log in information during school hours.
