Foxborough Regional Charter School (FRCS) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to expand student enrollment opportunities through Grade 10 beginning in the 2026-2027 school year.
This milestone marks an important step forward in FRCS’s continued commitment to expanding access to a high-quality public education for students and families across southeastern Massachusetts.
Guided by the school’s mission to help students Enter to Learn, Exit to Lead, this expansion allows more students to experience the exceptional academic, extracurricular, and college and career readiness opportunities offered through the FRCS high school program. It also advances the school’s vision of becoming a top performing school district and a district of choice for families seeking an educational experience that is both inclusive and rigorous, with high expectations and strong support for every student.

FRCS High School offers a dynamic and student-centered educational experience designed to prepare graduates for success in college, career, and civic life. Opportunities available to students include:

Recent student outcomes demonstrate the success of the FRCS model. Members of the Class of 2025 submitted more than 1,200 college applications to 245 post-secondary institutions, while the Class of 2026 has already achieved a 98% college acceptance rate. Students continue to distinguish themselves through AP coursework, dual enrollment participation, and Virtual High School enrollment.
This expansion directly aligns with the FRCS Strategic Plan (2026–2029), which outlines a roadmap for growth through strong academic performance, a powerful and inclusive school culture, highly effective leadership, and operational excellence. By expanding access to the high school program, FRCS continues to invest in opportunities that ensure all students can meet high expectations and reach their full potential.
Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open May 7 through June 6 for new students entering grades K-10. The June enrollment lottery will be held on June 10. Families may complete the online application by visiting the FRCS website at https://www.foxboroughrcs.org/apps/pages/EnrollAtFRCS
