Career Experts Needed! Share Your Knowledge and Experience At Our Annual Career Fair!

Calling all FRCS families! The School Counseling team at our High School is looking for volunteers to share their career stories with our scholars at our Grade 10 Career Interview Fair on Tuesday, March 21st from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

This year we are looking to recruit 25 professionals! Each volunteer will share about their career to a small group of tenth grade students. After this, each volunteer will conduct a group interview for an imaginary job of the student’s choosing. You will be completing evaluations on the students you interview by following a scoring rubric, and ultimately will choose one student to mock hire. The evaluations are given back to students at a later date as feedback. A brief award ceremony & luncheon will follow for volunteers and the students who were “hired” from each group.

Don't have a student in High School? You're still invited to volunteer! This is a great opportunity to get involved and share your valuable knowledge with our incredible students and help them prepare for the future!

*Note: There will be an opportunity to volunteer after this event at our middle school. This will be communicated to those who sign up for the high school event.
