From time to time, students are photographed in school for such items as the FRCS website, social media, and media coverage (newspaper, television). We use these photographs to highlight student achievement, and to celebrate the learning that is happening in the FRCS community.
If you do not wish to have your student photographed for these purposes, please fill out and sign this form and return it to the school office.
Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions or additional concerns about this matter. It is only necessary to return the form if you don’t want your student to be photographed.
If we do not receive a form for the 2023-2024 school year by Monday, October 2, 2023, we will assume that it is okay to photograph your student for these purposes.
