Attention all Foxborough Regional Charter School families! Get ready to celebrate the start of a new school year! Our annual Open House & Block Party will be held on Thursday, August 29th from 12 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
This informal, optional event provides families an opportunity to visit the school and classrooms and meet their child's teacher. There will also be numerous information booths in the Middle School/High School Cafetorium staffed to support families with administrative and operational forms and questions. Learn more about our Extended Day Program and Food Services at FRCS. Learn more about athletics, music and orchestra and volunteer opportunities with our parent group, PIE. In addition, representatives will be on hand with information about joining the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts!
The Open House is also a great opportunity for FRCS families to meet our new High School Principal, Mr. Michael Cournoyer, who will be transitioning into his new role at our school in the coming weeks.
The school nurses will be in their offices. You may drop off your child's medication to them during the Open House and Block Party.
Regional bus passes for K-4 students will be available for pickup in the Elementary School Gym during Thursday's event. Reminder: Students in grades 5 - 12 will not receive passes, but will be included on the bus roster and will be expected to check in with the bus driver each day. Only those students listed on the bus roster will be permitted to ride a particular bus.
The Block Party will be held simultaneously with music, games, arts/crafts, food trucks, and family meet and greet opportunities. Be sure to bring a chair or blanket to hang out and enjoy the FRCS campus! The Dress Code Closet will also be open for shopping.
School starts at FRCS Tuesday, September 3, 2019!
