If your child was absent on picture day, or you'd like to have your child's picture retaken, Coffee Pond will be at FRCS on Friday, May 14th for Picture Retake Day.

Please ask your child to bring the complete, undamaged original portrait package to school on 5/14, and return the place the package in the designated box by the photographer's station when they have their photo retaken. If you have specific instructions for the photographer, please jot them down so they show through the envelope window and can be easily spotted.

If portraits were taken outdoors on picture day, and portraits are moved indoors on retake day due to inclement weather, pictures will be taken using Coffee Pond's natural outdoor foliage background.

Retake packages will be distributed at FRCS a few weeks following Picture Re-Take day.
