March 2017 Enrollment Lottery Results – Wait List Standings

The March 2017 Enrollment Lottery has been held and the results are posted on our website here Lottery Wait List Standings.

Lottery applicants were emailed the lottery results.  All questions regarding the lottery process, applicant ID numbers, lottery results or Wait List should be addressed directly to the Admissions Department via email an admissions department staff member will respond in the order in which your question was received.

Please do not call our Central Office

Lottery and Wait List information is not available over the phone.

Results for the March 2017 lottery are posted by grade level. Please look for your application ID number and the corresponding waitlist number in the adjacent column.

For Kindergarten – Grade 9 ONLY: If that column says ‘Offer’, your child will be extended an offer of enrollment.  If there is a ‘WL number’ in that column, that is the number your child holds on our current waitlist as of today.

If you are not offered a position during the 2017-2018 school year, you must reapply each year.

Available positions at other grade levels will be offered as positions become available and will be made in the order of waitlist standing. At this time all classes are full.

We ask that you check the website for your child’s waitlist information and please do not call the Central Office they will not be able to assist you.

Please email for prompt assistance with your questions about:

  • Your child’s lottery ID number
  • The Lottery Process
  • Wait List standings
  • And/or to update contact information for a child(ren) already on the Wait List (address, phone number, email) please include the child’s full name, date of birth and current grade level.

Please keep in mind that if there are particular circumstances that prompt the need for a new application, for example, retention, or another event resulting in a grade level change it is necessary to notify the school.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to update contact information regularly.
