Notes from the Nurse........
Schedule those Doctor Apppointments today!
Students entering grades K, 4, 7 and 10 and any students playing sports must submit an updated physical to the School Nurse, students in grade 7 will need an immunization update, please plan ahead, don't wait until August!!
Health Forms - 2008-09
Please complete updated forms and return along with any Tylenol, cold medicine or over the counter medications, remember to deliver the medication, physician's order and parental permission forms when school starts.
