The First Annual Golden Falcon Awards were held on April 30! These awards honored faculty and staff and were based on recommendations made by FRCS families, staff and students.

The Golden Falcon Award honors exceptional FRCS faculty and staff members who have made a positive impact on students and families by transforming or enriching lives.

Each and every one of the sixty (60) members of the FRCS family (Teachers, Support Staff, Administration)  who were recommended for an award received a plaque which read: ”A FRCS Family Thanks you! The Golden Falcon Award honors exceptional FRCS faculty and staff members who have made a positive impact on students and families by transforming or enriching lives.”

The computer lab in our South Wing will be open and available to families who need internet access.  The school will be open at 5:30pm for families to enter the building.

The goal of the Friends of Foxborough Regional Charter School Foundation is to support the school and its teachers in their efforts to provide an outstanding education to our 1,200 students. The funds raised at this year’s tournament will go towards the recruitment and retention of high quality staff members. Our Personnel Committee is working on a comprehensive plan to help us attract and maintain the most dynamic employees to ensure the greatest impact on student achievement and to ensure that we continue to close the achievement gap among subgroups.

Fulfilling this mission is no easy task. It requires an extensive commitment of time, energy and financial resources that far surpass the funding we receive from the state. We depend on a mix of fundraising activities to support teachers and programs.  Our goal is to raise $25,000. Sponsors and donors are listed in the event program, in our weekly parent newsletters, posted on our website and Facebook and strategically Tweeted and Pinned!
