Extended Day Program
The Extended Day Program is a supervised, fee-based program for students grades Kindergarten through Grade 8 which operates from the first day of school through the last day, the hours are 3:30 - 6:00 PM - Monday through Friday. This program offers various afterschool activities as well as a homework room and provides students a snack. The Extended Day Program does not charge for Holidays, school vacation and any day(s) that the school is closed. The Registration forms are due back to school no later than August 20th, 2010.
- The school provides a late-parent room until 3:30 PM for parents who are delayed.
- At 3:30 PM students are brought to the Extended Day Program and parents are charged accordingly.
- The program operates immediately after dismissal until 6:00 PM.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school grounds and re-enter the Extended Day Program.
- Parents/guardians are required to sign their children out at pick up.
- Children are released only to the person(s) whose name(s) are listed on the Extended Day Enrollment Form.
- There is an additional fee for any pick-ups after 6:00 PM.
If picking up after 6:00 PM persists, the School reserves the right to deny participation in the program.
