The school's Board of Trustees holds the charter to The Foxborough Regional Charter School and governs the terms by which the charter is issued.
Board meetings are open to the public, and are held at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at the school.
Members of the audience who wish to address the board may do so during the "Privilege of the Floor" portion of the monthly Board meeting. Forms for Privilege of Floor, for items other than those on the agenda, must be submitted by noon the day before the Board meeting in order to be heard during the meeting. Forms may be obtained from and submitted to the school's central office.
