APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Complete the online application

  • You MUST reach the Thank You for Your Submission receipt screen after submitting or that will mean we did NOT receive your information/application.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN AND COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION ON THE FORM – THIS APPLICATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CLICK ‘SUBMIT’ AND REACH THE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT PAGE (please print, a receipt will NOT be emailed to you).

Sibling Discount: Deduct $1.00 per day per sibling
The non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is due upon your registration.  You may pay this application fee through myschoolbucks or send payment to the school c/o Extended Day to activate your child’s extended day registration.  If not received your application will be considered inactive.
